Questions studios ask
Do I need my own API keys?
No. Discovery, scraping, screenshots, AI and email all run through the platform's built-in providers. If you later want to plug in Google Places or your own model, the provider layer is designed for it.
What counts as a credit?
One discovery search, one presence check or one website audit each consume one credit from their own counter. AI credits cover research briefs, recommendations, audit summaries and outreach drafts — a proposal draft costs two.
What happens when I hit a limit?
The action is blocked with a clear message instead of failing silently, and the attempt is written to your usage log. Upgrading raises the limits immediately; counters reset every 30 days.
Can I export my prospects?
Your data is yours. Prospects, audits and proposals are all readable through the workspace, and CSV import means you can bring your existing lists into the same scoring pipeline.
